Obituary of Sandra Kay Berg

Berg, Sandra Kay Sandra, age 69, of Inver Grove Heights, MN and formerly of Rochester, MN, passed away Jan. 26, 2016 from pancreatic cancer at Regions Hospital in St. Paul. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewey and Martha Jacobson, and her brother, Donald Jacobson. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Rodney; her sons Clifford (Andrea) of St. Paul and Erik of Minneapolis; her grandchildren Harrison and Francesca; and her sister Janice (Dennis) Gigler of Ada, MN. Sandy was raised in Hendrum, MN, graduated from St. Luke's Hospital School of Nursing in Fargo, and earned her B.S. in Nursing from Augsburg College in Minneapolis. She worked in many areas of nursing for 42 years until she retired in 2009.
