Obituary of Edward F. Kubiak

Edward F. Kubiak, Jr. age 80, longtime resident of Proctor passed away peacefully Saturday, May 26, 2018. He was born August 4, 1937 in Philadelphia, PA to Edward and Rita Kubiak, Sr. Ed was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving from 1956 to 1960. Ed enjoyed hunting and fishing as well as time at his cabin. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister; and step-son, Tim Eales. Ed is survived by his wife of 35 years, Bernardine; daughters, Karen (Dale) Kaczmarek and Linda (Damon) Wheeler; step-children, Dawn Eales, Mike (Tracy) Eales, Robyn (Robert) Knight and Jim (Carolyn) Eales; many grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a brother, Don; and his dog, Clover. The family would like to thank the staff of St. Luke's Hospital/Hospice for their kind care of Ed and the family. Gathering of family and friends from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Sat.
