Fred William Bell, Jr., of Minneapolis, MN. Born February 3, 1947 in Superior, WI, passed away May 26, 2018 at the age of 71. Retired bus driver at MTC after 35 years. Preceded in death by parents Carol and Fred Bell; brother Earl and sister Jean. Survived by wife of 42 years Maggie; son Troy; brothers Tony and Duckey; sister Pamila; other relatives and friends.
