Obituary of William M. Johnson

William “Bill” M. Johnson, age 69, of Richfield, passed away February 13, 2016 from cancer. Bill was a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in 1968. He retired from the State of Minnesota, was involved in the St. Paul Softball League, as well as many other organizations and enjoyed spending time at his lake home. Preceded in death by parents, Willard and Evelyn and brother, Duane. Survived by loving wife of 35 years, Katy; daughter, Bess (Ryan Wagner); son, Brian (Mandi); brother, Roger (Jill); 5 grandchildren and many other family and friends. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at House of Prayer Lutheran Church, 7625 Chicago Ave. S., Richfield. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to family or the Animal Humane Society.
