Obituary of Anni Luise Wilhelm

Anni Luise Wilhelm, 89, of Duluth, Minn. passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016 in the presence of her daughter Maria, and attended to by her grandson Kurt. Anni was born in Obertshausen, Germany May 28, 1926, and operated a restaurant in Germany and then in the United States, serving authentic German dishes. She was an excellent cook and specialized in German torte. She was deeply fond of animals, enjoyed dancing, and created and tended beautiful flower gardens. She will be deeply missed, and gave so much love that it will only endure. Anni is survived by her daughter Maria Luise Allen; grandsons Kurt Attila Allen and Craig B.
