Welch (Pederson), Dorothy M. Age 87 of South St. Paul passed away March 1, 2016. Preceded in death by husband, James; brother, Clayton Pederson. Survived by children, Catherine (Brad) Swanson, Clayton (Cathie), Mary Braun and Marjorie (Greg) Mansur; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. Memorial Service Tuesday, March 8th, 2:00 PM at Augustana Lutheran Church, 1400 South Robert St., West St. Paul. Visitation one hour before service. Reception to follow service. Private interment Grand Forks, ND. She was a wonderful mother, a painter and artist; a kind and gentle soul of faith and heart. She will be dearly missed. Cremation Society of MN
