Obituary of Reginald H. Postal

Reginald H. Postal, 66, of Gary New Duluth passed away Wednesday March 2, 2016 at Solvay Hospice House surrounded by his family. Reggie was born in Duluth to the late Frank and Emelia Postal. He married Catherine Walczak Oct. 18, 1975. Reggie started his own trucking business R.H. Postal Trucking in 1982 and retired in 2006. He liked to restore old cars and hunting and fishing, and spending time at the cabin with his family. He was preceded in death by one sister Jacquelyn Diedrich; two brothers-in-law Ted Beckwith, Galen Stebner. Those who loved and shared his life are his wife Catherine; two sons: David (Jen Hagadorn), Reggie (Mandee Eng); one daughter: Heidi (Mat) Bartig; five grandchildren: Zack, Katie, Derek, Justus Postal, and Britt Bartig; brothers, Roger (Alice), Robert (Myrna), Richard (Patricia), Reinald, Ralland; three sisters Jerelyn Beckwith, JoEllen (Rick) Carroll, Jocelyn (Jay) Sharpe; several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 11 a.m. Saturday March 5, 2016 in Asbury Methodist Church 6822 Grand Ave, Duluth 55807. Pastor Cindy Rasmussen will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service in the church.
