Survived by daughters, Peggy Kotila (Dave Chizek), Debra (Dave) Adams; son, Thomas (Diane) Kotila; grandchildren, Stephanie (Marcin) Lopato, David Adams, Wesley Kotila (Nicole Heinowski), Holly Kotila; great granddaughters, Rosalie Adams, Kayah Rose Lopato; sisters in-law; nieces; nephews; cousins; many friends.
