Obituary of Richard Cornelius

Age 87, formerly of Bloomington, passed away March 8, 2016. Preceded in death by son, John; sister, Mary Heuer and brother, Bud. Survived by wife of 69 years, Joan; sons, Chuck and Bob; daughters, Sandy McCaul, Peggy (John) Darst and Kathy (Dan) Schwie; 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Connie Bing and Joanie Petersen; brother, Chuck (Lorrie); sister-in-law, Jan Cornelius and many other relatives and friends. In addition to starting his own business, “Service Repair”, he was proficient at plumbing, anything mechanical and carpentry. If it was broke, Dick could fix it! Memorial service 11 AM, visitation 10 AM, Friday, March 11 at the Cremation Society of MN, 4343 Nicollet Ave., Mpls 612-825-2435. Memorials preferred to the Fairview Hospice Music Therapy Program.
