Obituary of MARIE MLYNEK

Age 97, of Minneapolis, MN, passed away peacefully on the second day of spring, March 22, 2016. She was born in Crosby, England and came to the United States in 1946. Married Francis Whiteford in 1945. Marie loved gardening and her flowers. Preceded in death by her first husband, Francis Whiteford; second husband, Joseph (Chet) Mlynek. She will be deeply missed by her son, Robert (Karen) Whiteford; grandchildren, Scott and Brian (Crystal), Jennifer; great grandchildren, Avery, Ashley, Tyler, and Benjamin; 4 step-children; step-grandchildren; step-great grandchildren and many other loving family and friends. A Celebration of Marie’s Life will be held on Wednesday, April 6th at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7835 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Park. Service will begin at 7 PM with a visitation one hour prior.
