Shyrl D. Peterson, age 88, passed away June 3, 2018. Preceded in death by parents; sisters Merna Lee and Evonne; brother William; daughter Kimberly; son Gary, & husband James. Survived by daughters Gail (Wayne) Tonstad, Paula (Gary) Swenson, Robin Schiel, 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grand children, 1 great, great-grandchild, and many other friends and relatives. Shyrl had a passion for painting and a love for theater. She was active at 7500 York Senior Cooperative and played cards regularly with friends from Waverly. Funeral services to be held at St. Stephen Lutheran Church, 8400 France Ave. S., Bloomington on June 18, at 11 am with visitation one hour prior.
