Obituary of Holly Spurgeon

Holly Spurgeon, age 69, of Saint Louis Park passed away peacefully at home on January 13th, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and friends, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Holly was a selfless and compassionate soul who always put others first. No matter the circumstances, she was always there to help, support, and care for others. Her generosity and unwavering kindness was felt by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Survived by her loving daughter Nicky Mondt & Son in Law Robert Garrett; her adored grandson Eli, Sister Kim Stordahl, Nephew Brandon & Niece Kari, Mason & Logan; Brother Brad Fink, Sister in law Zeny, Niece Dawn, Nephews Jeff & Scott. Preceded in death by her parents Morris and Elaine Fink and her Brother-in-law Curtis Stordahl.

Holly will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and loving friend.

Holly’s memorial will be held on Wednesday January 22nd,2025 at 12:30pm at Beth El Synagogue 5225 Barry St W, St Louis Park, Mn 55416.

Shiva service will take place on Wednesday, January 22nd and Thursday January 23rd at 7:00pm at Beth El Synagogue.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Animal Humane Society or Underdog Rescue.
