Obituary of Mary E. Taylor

Taylor, Mary E. (Raidt) Age 67, of Mpls., passed away June 6, 2018. Preceded in death by father Jerome Raidt. Mary was a teacher at Ascension Catholic Elementary School in North Mpls. for many years, and also principal at the initial Ascension Academy charter high school. She loved teaching and her students. She was a Third Order Secular Franciscan and very involved in volunteer work. She will be missed by many. Survived by her son Matthew Taylor; grandchildren Sascha and Zoe; mother, Eleanor; sisters, Ellie Singer (Gary); Frances Raidt; Clare Cahill (Chuck); Margaret Walker (JD); Katie Raidt; Lucy O'Brion; Patty Franco; brothers, Bernie Raidt (Kathy); John Raidt (Jodi). Funeral Service Friday, June 15, 11AM at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, 901 E 90th St. Bloomington. Visitation 1 hour prior to service. Memorials preferred to St. Vincent DePaul Food Shelf at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
