Obituary of Marilyn Colby Smith

Funeral Mass will be held on April 25, 2016 at the Abbey Church at Saint John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota at 11:00 a.m. for Marilyn Colby Smith who passed away on April, 17, 2016 at The Mother of Mercy rest home at Albany, Minnesota where she had been for one month for Compassionate care and Hospice. Visitation will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church of Collegeville from 4-6 p.m. on Sunday the 24th. She was born in Hutchinson, Kansas to Charles and Carrie Colby. She married J Weston Smith on August, 28 1949. During the 1950's they had 5 children; Nancy, Robert, Bruce, Brian, and Christopher. At the time of her passing, they were all at her bedside. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers and one grandchild. She leaves behind her husband, five children and their spouses, eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
