Dear Mary, Thinking of you as you both celebrate and grieve the loss of your father, Louis. From his obituary, I can see that he was a man who lived life enthusiastically and well. Holding you, your siblings and family in my thoughts and prayers. God bless and comfort all of you as you find yourselves missing him in the days ahead. Take tender care. Sister Katherine Kraft, OSB

Louis was a wonderful, generous, and clever man - the kind of person who leaves the world a paler place with his passing. Colleen and I were fortunate to be on Louie and Molly’s route to Texas for their seasonal migrations. A visit from them was always eagerly awaited and thoroughly enjoyed. Although he had an amazing career with loads of professional and personal accomplishments, Louis always made you feel like you were the most important person in the room. He had so many memorable mannerisms, but most of all we remember his laugh - we will miss that most of all. Goodbye, Louie. We love you so much and we will miss you but we’ll never forget how lucky we were to know you!
Love,
Brian and Colleen Bock

Louie was like a brother to the E. O'C. Jessen family. following in His Father's footsteps; who else do we know who was happy to have 80% of the twin cities; flush their water closets sending the it... to him for processing and purifying it so that it was cleaner going back into the Mississippi River. Cleaner than when it was pumped out of the Mississippi River upstream. His mother was our grandmother's sister. My Father used the O'C. initials for his middle name. O'Connell.
