Obituary of Ross A Anderson
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ross A. Anderson, a beloved father, son, brother, uncle and friend. Ross entered into the presence of Jesus on November 18th, 2024 at the age of 51. Ross was a man of strong faith in the Lord who spent time daily in prayer, Bible reading, and reflection.
Ross grew up in Brooklyn Park, MN and attended college at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He grew up playing hockey, and his love for the game continued into adulthood.
Ross was a kind, smart and fun loving guy with a witty sense of humor. He enjoyed growing up hunting with his dad, brother, uncles and cousins and cherished that time with them, often telling stories and reminiscing of those days. He also loved fishing with his dad and treasured those times on the lake. Ross married Melissa in 2003 and they had two kids, Alaina and Nolan. They divorced years later. Ross was most proud of being a dad, he loved spending time with his kids, and it was by far his favorite role in life.
Ross is preceded in death by his mom Sharon Anderson (Falk), and will be dearly missed by his two children Alaina and Nolan, his father Pete Anderson, sister Colette Johnson (Dan), brother Grant Anderson (Marsha) and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and co-workers.
