Obituary of Ronald Wayne Aspnes

 

Ronald Aspnes passed away peacefully on October 10, 2024 at Providence Place in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  He was preceeded by his beloved wife, Marlys Aspnes and his daughter, Terry Lombardo.  Also preceding him were his brother Gary Aspnes and Gary's wife Dee Aspnes, his brother Dale Aspnes, sister Camille Patrick and her husband, Robert Patrick , his sister Candi Cavander, his brother-in-law Steven Davidson and his nephew, Gary Patrick.

Those left to mourn Ronald are his daughters Linda Bruer, Debra Lautenschlager (Ted) and his son, Jeffrey Aspnes (Lynn)his sister, Linda Davidson, his grandchildren Joseh Bruer (Mikalyn), Adam Aspnes (Echo), Sean Hutchins, Tiana Dallas (Nick), Molly Bruer and Jackson Grey (Lisa).  He is survived by great-grandchildren Winnie, Grace and Sam Jacobson, Aven and Shelbie Aspnes, Dakota and Lincoln Dallas as well as his nieces, nephews and their children.

Ronald most treasure things in life were his wife, children and family as well as a deep and abiding faith.  He spent his life as a salesman, primarily insurance.  He travelled not only the United States but also Europe.  He loved meeting people and making friends.  His love for his wife led him to involvement with Prince of Peace for the Deaf.  They were members of the church for many years and often gave other members rides to church,  He touched many lives.

The family finds comfort in the knowledge that he and Marlys are together again and he is at peace..
