Obituary of Mary Jane Siebenaler

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Jane Siebenaler, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, who died on October 5, 2024, at the age of 76.

Born in Lily, SD, on March 22, she was the second of four daughters to Billy and Bethel Grimes. In 1967, she married Richard “Dick” Siebenaler, and together they built a life and raised their family in Farmington, MN.

Mary Jane was the matriarch of her family, remembered for her spunk, quick wit, can-do attitude, and unyielding spirit. She faced numerous health challenges with grace, always putting her children and grandchildren first. Her laughter and smile were contagious, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her. Her loved ones take comfort in knowing she is now free from pain and has found eternal peace.

Mary Jane is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years, Dick Siebenaler; her four children, Kelly (Bob) Buss, Rich (Jane) Siebenaler, Heather (Brad) Rudolph, and Douglas (Brittni) Siebenaler; her five grandchildren, Kelsey, John, Kallie, Izabelle, Lilly, and step-grandson Haydin; and her sisters, Virginia Trevis, Faye (Ed) Lovell, and Liz Grimes (Jim Swanson).

She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Bethel Grimes, and her in-laws, Mathias and Evelyn Siebenaler.
