Jim was a loving husband, father, and Gpa. Jim and Gail were married for 45 wonderful years. They had a fulfilling and loving relationship that complimented each other beautifully. Gail would forget where she would put keys, purse, or car, Jim would be there to remind her. She would be his navigation for all their travels in their motor home, they enjoyed traveling in for many years. Even with the humor and fun, they loved each other deeply and unconditionally. There were many trips, casino runs, caribou coffee, and the love of desserts that were shared.
He loved all three of his children and had a special place in his heart for his only daughter then continued on with his granddaughter. He cherished is granddaughter Sami and never missed a day of seeing her for the first year of her life. He attended so many sporting events and special occasions for her. He always made sure to keep up on his grandsons Ryan and Hunter who always lived out of state. He got to enjoy the last year spending some wonderful time with his grandson Hunter who moved close by a year ago. He loves all his grandchildren even if he didn’t see them.
Jim spent many years owning a used car lot that was his pride and joy. He enjoyed the hustle and bustle of making a deal on a car and watching a customer drive off with the “new” to them vehicle. Jim loved to get out and golf with his friends and never missed the opportunity to golf with his son Jim.
Jim had heart of gold and was always willing to help someone. He loved to share his love of food and food always needed to be a part of every celebration/get together. His smile, generosity, and love for his family will be deeply missed.
