In Loving Memory of Sharon (Cox) Dean

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sharon Dean, who passed away unexpectedly on September 14, 2024, at the age of 81. Born on March 5th, 1943, in Minneapolis, MN, Sharon was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, wife, and friend to many. She touched countless lives with her warmth, compassion, and sense of humor.

Sharon was known for her deep love for family and her generous spirit. Her dedication to gardening, public speaking, her family, and circle of friends defined much of her life. Those who knew her will always remember her care for everyone, generosity, and kindness.

She is survived by her loving husband Thomas; her sons Mark (Amy), Patrick, Timothy (Derek); and her cherished grandsons Maximo and Milo. Her love and legacy will continue to live on through them.

She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever remain in our hearts.

A memorial service to honor Sharon will be held at 11 AM CDT on Monday, October 14th, 2024, at Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate her beautiful life. Please park at the entrance, and you will be directed to the location on the grounds where the graveside service will be held.

After the service, there will be a gathering at the Oakwood Room in French Regional Park. 12605 Rockford Rd., Plymouth, MN 55441. Food and drink will be provided.
