Obituary of Linda Rose Hansen (Milligan)

Linda Rose Hansen (Milligan) born May 17th, 1960 passed away peacefully on September 22nd, 2024 after a battle with cancer at the age of 64. Linda was a lifelong resident of St. Paul, Minnesota. She was the loving daughter of James and Rosemarie Milligan (Meli) who raised her with her two brothers on Kruse St. in West St. Paul. Linda’s compassionate and caring nature was a perfect fit for her role as an LPN in the medical field. She worked for many years at Episcopal Church Home serving the elderly. Linda cherished being a mother. She put her heart and soul into every hug and kiss and told her kids she loved them daily. Nothing gave her more joy except, maybe, riding on the back of her husband Rick’s Harley-Davidson. 

Linda is preceded in death by her father James Joseph Milligan who passed in 2018. She is survived by her husband of 39 years Rick Hansen of St. Paul, son Brandon (Alyssa) Troland and their son Ben of White Bear Lake, daughter Angela Troland and her son Scott of Roseville, son Travis (Nancy) Hansen and their son Hung of St. Paul, daughter Stevie (Michael) Combs of Michigan, daughter Sheila (Scott) Wawrzyniak and their sons Aiden and Reggie of Hutchinson, mother, Rosemarie Milligan (Meli) of West St. Paul, brother Steve Milligan of West St. Paul, brother Terry (Cindy) Milligan of South St. Paul, and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held for the family at a later date.

Our lives will never be the same without Linda, beautiful daughter, devoted wife, loving mother, and grandmother.
