Obituary of Sarah Ann Kimmes

Sarah Ann Kimmes, aged 67, passed away on September 16, 2024, in Coon Rapids, MN. Born on May 8, 1957, Sarah grew up in Perham, MN, and completed her high school education at Perham High School before attending the University of Minnesota in Crookston for two years. . Sarah dedicated ten years of her career to managing medical records at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park, MN. Her work was characterized by diligence and compassion, traits that were appreciated by her colleagues and those she served.

A devout member of The Edge Christian Worship Center SDA Church, Sarah's faith was an integral part of her life, guiding her actions and interactions with others. Her love for music was well-known within her church community, as she often shared her talents as a pianist and her beautiful singing voice during services.

Sarah was a woman of many passions. She had a profound love for animals and an unyielding commitment to natural health and wellness. A skilled pianist with a beautiful voice, she also found joy in playing Scrabble, a game that allowed her to engage with friends and family in thoughtful and challenging ways.

Sarah is survived by her loving husband, Tim Kimmes; her daughter, Jessica Kimmes; and her son, David Kimmes. Her family remembers her as a strong and loving figure, whose guidance and affection shaped their lives profoundly.

A private memorial service will be held in Perham, MN, where Sarah's ashes will be spread at Paul's Lake, in accordance with her wishes.
