Scott McClelland, age 51 of Edina, MN died July 24, 2024 after a prolonged illness. He is survived by 3 sisters, and 2 brothers. He was the son of Robert and Helen McClelland.

Scott graduated from Edina High School in 1991. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Business Degree in 1995 and from St. Thomas College in MN with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science. Scott was self employed working in investment planning.

Scott was a gentle, kind, and loyal person. He had a great sense of humor and liked to joke and play pranks in his younger years. He loved his family and his nieces and nephew. He loved camping in the Boundary Waters and loved sports of all kinds especially hockey, baseball, and golf. Scott played varsity hockey and soccer for Edina High School. He followed Edina and Gopher Hockey and Twins baseball. He attended Twins baseball home games whenever possible. Scott enjoyed all types of music and attended live concerts. He will be greatly missed.
