Obituary of Rachelle (Shelly) Ann Marvel

Rachelle (Shelly) Ann Marvel passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 19, 2024, at the age of 57. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Shelly was born on July, 21, 1967 in Minneapolis, MN.  Shelly attended and graduated from Blaine High School. Following high school, Shelly’s career included working as a technology project manager and paralegal.

Shelly is survived by her ex-husband Tony Marvel with whom she shares two daughters, Madeline Marvel (19) and Alyssa Marvel (16), both of Prior Lake. Her mother, Nancy Peterson, her brother Bryan Peterson (Cheryl) nephews Quinn and Hugh Peterson along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Peterson.

A gathering with family to celebrate Shelly’s life will take place on Saturday, September 14.

Shelly will be fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
