Jay John Weston, 61, passed away peacefully at his home on July 27, 2024, with his children at his side and in the arms of his wife after an 18 month fight for his life from Pancreatic cancer.
Jay is preceded in death by his parents, John Simmons Weston and Joan Simcock Weston, and mother-in-law Patricia Ann Boland, and is survived by his wife of 27 years, Kathy Weston (nee Boland), children, Andrew and Katie, sister Joy Peters (nee Weston), and many beloved family members and friends.
A Celebration of Jay’s Life will take place on Sunday, September 15, 2024 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the Lost Spur Event Center, 2750 Sibley Memorial Highway 13, Eagan, Minnesota.
