Obituary of Maxine Marie Priebe

Maxine Marie Priebe, 89, of Rosemount, MN, died July 15, 2024.

She was born September 10, 1934, to Joe and Emma Kostek in Noonan, North Dakota.

Maxine attended school in Noonan where she graduated as valedictorian.

She married Marvin Priebe on February 28, 1953. They had 5 children, Mark, Lori, Patti, Cari, and Kevin.

She was a farm wife her entire life.

Maxine is survived by children Mark (Jane) Priebe, Lori (Nick) Henseler, Patti (Tim) Hoskin, Cari (Dave) Carlson, Kevin (Heidi) Priebe; 15 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin, parents, Joe and Emma, and brother, Sonny.

Visitation will be July 25, 2024, at 10:00am at Farmington Lutheran Church.

Funeral services will be July 25, 2024, at 11:00am at Farmington Lutheran Church with Pastor Kevin Woestehoff officiating.

Private interment will follow at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials or donations may be made to Noonan’s Lions Club or to the Alzheimer’s Association.
