Obituary of Robert J. Rowan

Robert J. Rowan, age 71, of Crosslake, passed away suddenly on May 2, 2016. After receiving an electrical engineering degree from Purdue in 1967, Bob moved to MN and went to work at Control Data. He will be deeply missed, but has left us with many happy memories that will remain in our hearts. Bob is survived by wife, Sandra; sister-in-law, Kay Nelson; brother-in-law, Wallace (Diane) Nelson; nephew, Christopher Nelson; aunt Audrey Carey and many cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Mary Mother of the Church, 3333 Cliff Road E., Burnsville. Visitation one hour prior to Mass at church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Heart Association.
