Annette was born on September 7, 1948, in Minneapolis.  She graduated from Patrick Henry High School in North Minneapolis in 1968.  She married Dennis O'Connor in 1969 and they had one daughter.  Although they later divorced, they remained co-parents and friends.  She earned her A.A. Degree in Communications from North Hennepin Community College while working full-time and being a single mom.

Annette lived in Eden Prairie for the past 30 years.  She found her passion for sales, eventually becoming a realtor in 1985.  She specialized for most of her real estate career in new home construction.  She earned many sales awards with Burnet and Coldwell Banker realty's and was a top performing salesperson for Wooddale Builders, Inc. helping to build homes throughout the metro area.

More than anything else, she loved her granddaughters and was blessed to be near them all their lives, allowing her to babysit and attend sporting events and dance recitals and to just hang out and play games.

She was fiercely into politics and had some strong opinions.  She was very patriotic and loved learning about the history of WWII.  She loved to travel to the North Shore of Lake Superior and the Brainerd Lakes area with friends and family.  Countless trips to Duluth over her lifetime for fun and recreation.  Her favorite pastime was shopping and in the past few years that often-included Teagan.  She was a huge fan of all things Apple and always kept up to date with technology.  She was an avid fan of classic movies and enjoyed Tuesday movie nights with Kellie nearly every week at local theaters to watch the newest releases.

Her greatest joy was her family.  She will be dearly and forever missed as a great mother and grandmother and friend.
