Obituary of Rhett Adam Lovejoy

Rhett Adam Lovejoy, age 24 of Lakeville, Minnesota left this world on May 30, 2024. Rhett was born on May 14, 2000 in Burnsville, Minnesota and graduated from Rosemount High School in 2018. He joined the National Guard that same year, graduating from basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.

Rhett is survived by his parents James (Jim) Lovejoy (partner Pam Sammond), Ryan Lovejoy (partner Robert Vandenbos), his brother, Kyle Lovejoy, grandmother Judy Lovejoy, and many other extended family members.

Our hearts are broken. We were so blessed to have had the time we did with Rhett. He was a kind, loving, gentle soul. His laughter & infectious giggle lightened up the room. He was a light in this world.

The visitation will be held at All Saints Catholic Church,19795 Holyoke Avenue, Lakeville, Minnesota on June 7, 2024 at 10:00 am followed by funeral at 11:00 am.
