Barbara A. Gates, age 77 of Minnetonka, passed away on Monday, April 29th, 2024 ending a long battle with Scleroderma.
Preceded in death by parents, Karl and Helen and brother, Bob.
Survived by husband Raymond; children, Carrie (Brian) and Nicky (Sam); grandchildren, Ellie, Jacob, Emma and Nathan; brothers, Tom and Peter; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Barb had an immense faith, loved cooking, crafting, decorating and Christmas! She had a fierce loyalty to her close friends, and she loved her family deeply. Her grandchildren will miss “Grammy” dearly. Barb was very kind and giving, always making meals for neighbors in need.
The family held a private celebration of life on May 11, 2024 in her honor.
