Obituary of Roselynn Lee Fagan

Roselynn Lee Fagan (Grenier) “Squeege” age 76, passed away peacefully with family by her side at Essentia Health on Monday, April 29, 2024. She was born on May 31st, 1947 in Superior, Wisconsin. She was the loving daughter of Julie Loretta Grenier (Martineau) and Leo Clifford Grenier.

Rose was a lifetime resident of Superior and she graduated from Superior High. She worked as a support staff for many years at the Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment. She was a member of the Eagles Club. Rose truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures. She enjoyed company with her cat, Miniquay, and she enjoyed the company of all of her grandchildren. Rose faithfully watched her soap operas, her favorite being, The Young and the Restless. Rose enjoyed sitting outside bird watching, crocheting and playing Mahjong Tiles. She loved coffee visits with friends and family and she enjoyed her sweets. She always looked forward to planning and hosting family holiday gatherings. She always baked and was known for her Cherry Bon Bons.

She is preceded in death by mother, Julie Grenier; father, Leo Grenier; brother, Bud Grenier; sisters, Judith Ruff and Maryann Grenier; granddaughter, Bobbi Reed; nephews, Jerry Pearson, Sean Pearson and Bud Grenier; a lifelong friend, Patsy Meyer.

Rose is survived by daughter, Terry Cockerham; son, Robert “BJ” Fagan; son, Shannon (Pam) Grenier; granddaughters: Lacey Reed, Maria Ramel, Bailey Kujava, Jovie Fagan, Jacelyn Fagan; grandsons, Luca Cockerham, Jaxon Fagan; great  grandchildren: Gavin and Aubree Reed, Vincent Intihar, Jesse Dow, Penelope and Pluto Kujava-Cockerham, Cameron Gates and Connor Ramel; many nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and a lifelong friend, Claudia Grenier. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday May 18th at 1:00 pm at the Eagles Club, 1710 N 12th Street, Superior. Rose will be deeply missed and will always be in our hearts. Please join us to celebrate her life.
