Ryan Coller

Obituary of Ryan Coller

It is with great sadness and sorrow that we announce Ryan Gardner Coller's passing on April 9, 2024, at 3:15 p.m. after a courageous fight against Glioblastoma (Brain Cancer). He departed this life surrounded, held close, and shown affection by his loved ones. There are no adequate words to describe what a beautiful, compassionate, loving, and kind man he was. Some of Ryan's best qualities were his ability to make everyone feel safe, loved, supported, and at ease. In addition to being a wonderful husband and partner, he was also an amazing and supportive father, stepfather, father-in-law, brother, uncle, son, nephew, friend, coworker, and so much more. I will always and forever cherish the experience Ryan offered me of being fully understood, genuinely supported, and completely and utterly loved. He loved and enjoyed playing board, card, and online games of all kinds.  Also, Ryan treasured Star Trek and Spock was the biggest inspiration and role model for him, shaping the man he became.

Ryan is preceded in death by his loving mother Peggy Svare. Survived by his father Jed Coller, wife Tanya Riisager, son Jake (Annavive) Coller, stepchildren Austin and Hailey Cloutier, brothers Matt (Joanne) Coller, George (Tanya) Coller, Jamie (Cris) Coller, stepbrothers Mark (Kerry) Svare, Jim (Cindy) Svare and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.

Because of Ryan, WE are ALL better people- please continue his legacy!
