Obituary of Patricia Ann Tollefson

Patricia Ann Tollefson of Duluth, MN died peacefully in her home on March 6, 2024. She was a lifelong Duluth/Superior resident.

Pat was an only child and attended school at Munger, Washington, and then graduated from Central in 1960. After graduation, she went on to Cosmetology School and used her skills on her 3 boys as they were growing up.

Pat was a Brownie and a Girl Scout with many good friends from her youth, and later became a Den Mother for her 3 boys in the Cub Scouts. She was an avid collector of coffee cups along with many other things she loved to collect. She didn't like to waste anything. She loved going to Goodwill and the Salvation Army, shopping for her family during Christmas, which she did every year. Pat's husband, Duane was a restaurant owner and when he passed away, Pat seamlessly went from housewife to restaurant owner overnight. It was there that she she made the best pizza's.

Pat is preceded in death by her loving husband Duane, her parents; Bertha and Oscar Dahl, uncles; Carl, Johny, and Fred.

Pat is survived by her sons; Scott Tollefson (Lisa), Craig Tollefson (Denise), and Dean Tollefson, her grandchildren; Craig Jr. (Beeba), Chase (Joelle), Danielle, Steve, and Heather, her great-grandchildren; Avery, Rowan, Allison, Myles, Liam, Calvin, Iris, and Jesse.

Pat was loved by all her family and friends. She will be missed a lot. Her sons want to thank her for everything!

There will be a Celebration of Life on April 7, 2024 from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the Gary Rec Center, 801 101st Ave W, Duluth, MN 55808
