Jerome (“Jerry”) Nagorski, age 81, longtime resident of Cottage Grove, MN. Jerry was born April 3, 1942 and passed away peacefully on March 22, 2024. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Eleanor and Zigmund Nagorski, and muchloved son-in-law, John Daley. Jerry is survived by his loving wife of almost 60 years, Donna. Daughters Patricia (Robert) Johnson, Susan Daley, Jennifer (Scott) Perry. Four grandchildren; Mitchell Johnson, Janelle (Troy) Stoen, Nickolas (Karly) Perry, Danielle (Luke) Hoffman, dear great granddaughter, Aubrie Grace Hoffman, brother James Nagorski, sister Joan (Tom) Wierenga. Blessed with three daughters, Jerry shared his extensive love of the outdoors with his family – camping, fishing, hunting, trapping and exploring all the beauty of nature. As the family grew he delighted in sharing his experiences and knowledge of the great outdoors with his wonderful sons-in-law, beloved grandchildren, and everyone he met. His grandchildren were his pride and joy and he enjoyed a lot of quality time with them at the cabin, hunting, fishing, and cheering them on in all of their sports and activities. Jerry will be forever loved and dearly missed. We are so grateful to have all the wonderful memories and love of nature and the outdoors that he instilled in us all. The family wishes to thank the wonderful care team at Benedictine Memory Care Center Regina and Grace Hospice for all their care and support. According to Jerry’s wishes there will be a private family gathering at a later date.
