Obituary of Eleanore Grace Woodward

Eleanore “Ellie” Grace Woodward passed away on Monday March 18, 2024 in New Brighton, MN at the age of 86. She was born January 30,1938 in Minneapolis, MN. Ellie graduated from Central High School in Minneapolis and lived most of her life in the North Metro area. 

In her spare time, Ellie enjoyed creating art for her family, playing cards with her friends and family and was a lover of history. She was known for her sense of humor and was the number one cheerleader for all of those she loved. 

Ellie is survived by her children Karen, Lynn, Bradley (Amy); her grandchildren Katy (Tom) Corbo, Tyler (Katie) Singson, Jillian Goble, Christian and Isabel Magalong, Samantha, Grace, Jack and Peter Woodward; her great-grandchildren Anthony, Ava and Nicholas Corbo, Clementine and Calvin Singson.

She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Grace Hall; her siblings Robert Hall and Lorraine Stageberg.

Memorial service will be held April 2 at 10:30 a.m. at Abiding Savior Lutheran Church, 8211 Red Oak Drive Mounds View MN, followed by lunch. Visitation 1 hour prior to service.
