Obituary of Joseph Charles Petrey

Joseph Charles Petrey, 49, passed away after a long hard fought battle with cancer. Joe was born August 19th, 1968, in Superior, WI, to Arthur and Nancy (Allen) Petrey. Joe graduated high school in 1986, and served in the Air Force from 87-91. He married his high school sweetheart, Sheryl Lehto, in 1991. They had 3 boys; Justin, Tyler (Stephanie), and Alex, all of Superior, WI. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy (Allen) Petrey and is survived by his wife Sheryl and sons Justin, Tyler (Stephanie), Alex; father Art, and brothers Ken and Roger. He loved his boys, his motorcycles, and summers at Ruth Lake. The Funeral Service will be at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 2316 E. 4th St. Superior, WI, at 11 am following visitation at 10 am, Thursday, June 14th, 2018. In lieu of flowers, please make donation in his name to Cathedral School.
