Obituary of Lori Machen

Lori Machen (Southworth), 54, died on March 3, 2024, at St. Luke’s Hospital of Duluth, MN

She was a home care nurse and studied to become an LPN at Lake Superior College. She worked for Arctic Cat and DigiKey. She enjoyed crocheting and cooking.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jean and George Southworth.

She is survived by her children Matt Lalonde, Becky (Rey) Trevino, Adam (Ashley) Machen, sisters, Terri Southworth, Sandy (David) Zapp, grandchildren Gillian, Joey, Abby, Ava, Ashlynn, Carson, Eli, niece, Sarah (Steven), nephews, Daniel, Darby, and many more loving relatives and friends, along with her beloved cats, Tommy and Teddy.

A celebration of life gathering will be March 9, 2024, from 12:00pm to 3:00pm at the American Legion Post 71, 5814 Grand Ave, Duluth, MN.
