Obituary of Gary Allen Seever
Gary Seever May 19, 1953 to February 28, 2024. Born in Eau Claire, WI, passed away in his apartment in Minneapolis, MN of natural causes. Gary was a long term supporter of the North Star Gay Rodeo Association (nsgra.org) and the American Motors Owners Association (amo.club) for many years. He loved attending the rodeos and car owner meet ups.
He is survived by his mother Shirley, brothers Dennis (Jan), Kenneth (Sharon), and Allan. Gary was preceded in death by his father Gale and brother Larry. He is survived by many other relatives, by many friends, and loved ones. He is also survived by close friends Debbie Roth, plus DL and wife Ann. They helped him very much in life over the years and were very loved by him. His brother Ken and wife Sharon helped Gary much too. They helped Gary live a better and longer life.
Gary was a friend of many, and he loved to laugh a lot. He was a longtime Julie London and Marilyn Monroe fan. He loved old cars and he took his Rambler Rebel convertible on many long trips and rides around town.
One of his favorite moments in his later years is driving his convertible with his friends DL and Ann's dog, Duke. "Every dog deserves his day!" Gary once said. DL took him up on that idea. A short time afterwards Duke, the black lab, rode in the back of Gary's convertible in a parade and had his day, much to the delight of onlookers and friends.
Please remember Gary's infectious laughter and good times. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the North Star Gay Rodeo (NSGRA.org) or the American Motors Owners Association (amo.club).
