Lorelei (Lori) Thyberg-Gilmore

 

A generous heart, beautiful soul and stubborn to the core. Lorelei was a feisty ole gal; who never backed down from a challenge. 

 

Some of Lorelei's greatest joys were; family, her children, grandchildren, pets, hobbies, crafts and of course The Minnesota Twins.

 

Lorelei was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Irene Thyberg; Husband, Richard (Gil) Gilmore; Brother, Clare Thyberg and nephew, Benjamin Severeid. 

 

Lorelei is survived by her children; Daughter, Michelle (Jewett) Gilmore-Bale; Son, Jeffrey Gilmore and Foster-daughter, Diane Anderson; Grandchildren, Andrew, Samantha and Christian Bale, sister-in-law Vicki (Darrell) Severeid, Nephew, Brent (Amber); Great-nieces, Annabelle and Greta as well as many other nieces and nephews. 

 

Visitation will be held at the Cremation Society of Minnesota - Minneapolis Chapel on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 2 P.M. - 5 PM. 

Interment will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Monday, March 4, 2024 at 2 P.M.

A celebration of life will be held at a to be determined date in July.
