Obituary of Monika Barbara Weileder

Monika Barbara Weileder passed away with her family by her side on January 24th, 2024 at The North Shore Estates, in Duluth, after a brief illness. Monika was born October 5th, 1948 to Karl and Katharina Jaros in Braunschweig, Germany.

Monika will be remembered for her infectious personality, stunning smile, gigantic heart, and being an incredible mother.

Monika is preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Robert Weileder, and parents Karl and Katharina Jaros. She is survived by her daughter Juliana (James) Lundberg, sister Hilda Schmidt, brother John (Lisa) Jaros, and multiple other relatives.

The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff at The North Shore Estates, and Moments Hospice for the compassionate care she was provided.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
