Obituary of Christopher Mark Nichols

Christopher Mark Nichols passed away peacefully on January 30, 2024 at Our Lady of Peace Hospice in St. Paul, MN.

Chris was born on May 25, 1979 in Minneapolis.

He is survived by his parents, Lonnie and Bonnie Nichols; brothers, Andrew (Becky) and Jeffrey; and two nieces, Adrianna and Eloise.

Chris graduated from Washburn High School and was employed throughout the years in the restaurant/hospitality areas.

A memorial service will be held at Richfield Lutheran Church (8 west 60th Street in Minneapolis) on Friday, February 16th at 11:00am. Visitation begins at 10:00am. The service will be followed by a light luncheon. Interment will be set at a later date.

Memorial preferred to Richfield Lutheran Church or Our Lady of Peace Hospice in St. Paul.

Chris will be missed by his family and friends. God be with you, Chris, until we meet again. Your smile and laughter will be missed.

A limb has fallen from the family tree.

I keep hearing a voice that says, "Grieve not for me.

Remember the best times, the laughter, the song.

The good life I lived while I was strong.

Continue my heritage, I'm counting on you.

Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine through.

My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest.

Remembering all, how I truly was blessed

Continue traditions, no matter how small.

Go on with your life, don't worry about falls.
