Obituary of Madison Elizabeth Finnegan

In loving memory of Madison Elizabeth Finnegan. Madi was born March 10, 2010 and passed January 26, 2024.

Madi brought joy wherever she went with her creativity, alto sax skills, sarcastic wit, sense of adventure, and daring personality.

Madi loved nature, plants, animals (especially horses and her cat Diezel), sports, creating art, and her cousins.

Most of all, Madi loved her family, Mom; Amber, Dad; Keith, Sisters; Destiny and Alivia.

Madi practiced a “No Fear” philosophy of life, and dove headfirst into Softball, Football, Wrestling, Horseback riding, Snowboarding, Camping, Fishing, 4-wheeling and almost anything that kept her close to nature.

Madi lives on forever in our hearts as a role model reminding us to embrace life and say “YES” to opportunities of opening ourselves to all the adventures life presents. She will also continue to live on as a donor of her eyes, heart valve, shin bone, and skin tissue. She was the most amazing human being. Anyone who met Madi even one time, will never forget her tenacity and spunk.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, Feb 1, 2024, 3:00 pm, Trinity Lutheran Church, 1420 S. 6th St. Brainerd MN, 56401

Madi lives on in our hearts, think of her as she embarks on her next big adventure as the angels carry her into paradise.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation in Madi’s honor to the Ronald McDonald House at Children’s Hospital (https://www.rmhc-uppermidwest.org/Support/). What a wonderful resources for families in their darkest times of need.
