Obituary of Gail Marjorie Peterson-Fredrickson

Gail Peterson-Fredrickson, 87, Duluth, died Saturday, January 20, 2024, at Benedictine-Marywood after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.

Gail was born September 10, 1936, to Joseph and Harriet Gregg. She graduated from Duluth Central. Gail enjoyed lake life to its fullest hosting family and friends. Gail retired from Minnesota Power as a customer service supervisor.

Gail was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Richard Peterson and second husband Thomas Fredrickson, sisters Marion Van Den Boom and Beverly Stone and brother Gerald Gregg.

She is survived by her sons, John (Barb), Tom (Heidi) and Doug: sister Ceil Bilderback and grandchildren Halee, Aaron, Jonathon and Lillian.

Visitation will be at 2 PM with service to follow at 3 PM, Friday, Jan. 26, at Cremation Society of Minnesota in Duluth.
