It is quite interesting how I came across Pete's obituary as I wasn't looking for it and didn't even know he had passed. I must have been meant to find it. I have a lump in my throat since realizing this. Such a sad knowledge to now have. Pete and I dated back in our early/mid 20s. That seems like a lifetime ago yet just yesterday. In thinking back on that time I can still remember that smile, that sweet sweet smile with a touch of mischief. His laughter that could so easily bring you right in to laugh along with him, regardless if you even knew what you were laughing about. He was a kind, caring and loving person. He was also quite the gentleman, I never opened a car door the whole time we dated. My heart is a little sad today but thankful for the memories we shared. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you, his family and friends.
