Obituary of Jeremy Matthew Keesling

Jeremy M. Keesling, age 33, of Lakeville, MN, died suddenly but peacefully at home on Thursday afternoon, September 21, 2023. 

Jeremy was born in St. Louis Park, MN on May 15, 1990, to John Robert Keesling and Linda Kay Keesling. 

He is preceded in death by his father, John. He is survived by his loving mother, Linda; aunts and uncles, Mary Crowe, James (Ellen) Keesling, Jill (Scott) Walrath and Janine Keesling; as well as cousins and many friends. 

A special thank you to all his caregivers at Jonquil Group Home.  

Jeremy was born with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) which is a rare genetic condition. It causes tumors to grow in vital organs. He experienced seizures, autism, and learning challenges. TSC also caused Jeremy to lose his ability to walk, talk and eat by mouth. 

He loved music, movies, animals, and being outdoors. Jeremy had many friends with whom he spent time with at parties, dances and the mall.

A memorial service will be held at Calvary Lutheran Church, 6817 Antrim Rd, Edina, MN 55439 on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 6:00pm and the visitation at 5:30pm
