Obituary of Betty L. Hoye

Betty L.Hoye passed away on September 12, 2023 at the age of 86. Betty grew up in South Saint Paul, MN and lived most of her life there with her husband and children. Years after the kids were grown, Betty moved to Rosemount, MN where she spent the rest of her years. Those who knew Betty knew how important her home and family were to her. You never left her house on an empty stomach and chances are you had some laughs while you were there. Betty will be laid to rest next to her husband, Ronald J. Hoye, and two of her children on September 28, 2023 at 9:45am at Fort Snelling Cemetery. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, ten brothers and sisters, husband Ron, and two infant children, Scott and Greg.  Betty was survived by siblings: Patricia (Donald) Grobner, Harland Elfstrum, and Charlotte (David) Merchlewitz; her children: Jolene (Harvey) Johnson, Rene Johnson, Bruce (Joan) Hoye, Lisa (Paul) Johnson, and Thomas (Fe) Hoye, twelve grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren who she loved dearly.
