Obituary of Jacqueline L. Ross

Ross, Jacqueline L., Age 79, passed away September 6th, 2023 quietly in Brooklyn Park MN, surrounded by her family. Jacquie was born January 22nd, 1944, in Minneapolis. Jacquie lived in and around the Twin Cities for nearly all of her 79 years. Preceded in death by her parents, Leo & Lucille Bernard, sister Mary Lee Olson & special friend Larry Sedlacek. Jacquie had four sons with former husband Chuck Ross. As a young adult her full-time vocation was raising, “Her Boys.” She later went on to have a successful real estate career. She loved playing 500 and bridge, yet her greatest joy was being around her children and grandchildren. She had an infectious personality and an incredible sense of humor. She lived every day in a self-less nature, always concerned about everyone else’s well-being and happiness. The family would like to acknowledge St. Therese, Brooklyn Park, for giving Jacquie a place to call home and for all of their love and care over the years. Jacquie is survived by sons, Mike(Lisa), Tim, Pat(Shelly), Charlie(Tina); grandchildren: Jeffrey(Jessica), Ryan(Alyssa), Ashley(Tuan), Shea(Richard), Tim Jr., Corey(Chloe), Sam, Dani, Melany, Janey(Kyle)& Eric(Alanna); great grandchildren: Ben, Lucas, Jacob, Josi, Jillian, Lucy and Miles. There will be a memorial service on Monday September 25th at St. Alphonsus Church, 7025 Halifax Ave. N. Brooklyn Center, MN 55429. Visitation will start at 10a with a service at 11a and lunch immediately following.
