Obituary of Gordon John Herman

Gordon (“Gordy”) John Herman, 96, of New Hope, Minnesota, passed away on August 30, 2023. He was a devoted husband to his loving wife of 68 years, Ethel I. Herman, who preceded his death. Also, preceding his passing were his parents, John and Louise Herman; son, Dennis Herman; daughter, Marlynn Ganz; sister, Lola Halverson; brothers, Edward “Bud" Herman, LeRoy Herman, and Dale Herman: grandson, Connor Benkofske. Survived by his daughter, Cheryl Benkofske; son, Randy (Linda) Herman; son-in-law, Lee Ganz, 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, and many other family members and friends. The family would like to give special thanks to Lifespark Hospice.
