Obituary of Stanton Stensrud

STENSRUD, Stanton D. “Stan”, age 90, of Plymouth, passed away on August 10, 2016. Retired President of Snyder, Larson, and Peters. Member American Legion Post 118. Preceded in death by parents, two brothers and a sister. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 66 years, Betty; children, Stephanie Poisson (David), David (Audrey); grandchildren, Heather Bowers, Jason Lowe, Season Lowe, Alex Poisson, Matthew Stensrud, Caitlin Stensrud-Smith; 7 great grandchildren; siblings, Dorothy (Norm) Miller, Lyle (Janet) Stensrud, Richard (Jean) Stensrud, Howard (Lynnette) Stensrud, Alan (Shirley) Stensrud; many relatives and good friends. Celebration of Life 11am Saturday, August 20th at Cremation Society of MN, 7835 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Park with visitation 1 hr before. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
