Obituary of Ronald E. Hommerding

65, of Crystal, joined his daughter, Cheyenne in eternity on Saturday, August 13, 2016. Humpy retired from Coca-Cola after 30 years of service. His enjoyment of music led to working at concerts and other events for ASIA Security. One of his fondest memories was traveling through Europe with daughter, Cheyenne. Never being one to back down from a challenge, he recently fulfilled a promise to her and took up playing golf. Ron leaves behind eight siblings, Irene (Don) Norstrom, Lorraine Nelson, Gerri (Jack) Staller, Patty (Gil) Umerski, Sandi Erickson, Karen (JR) Reed, Dick (Rosie), Debby (Doug) Pickartz and Pam Eidenschink. Preceded in death by daughter, Cheyenne; parents, Harvey and Emily; siblings, Robert and Mary Ann Thomsen. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the Cremation Society of MN – Edina Chapel, 7110 France Ave S. Visitation one hour prior.
